  1. The Afghan Small Business Development Institute, Inc. (ASBDI) is committed to equal opportunity in education, employment and program operations management and administration for everyone that seeks its services.  Clients, students and employees have a legally protected right to a learning, working and service environment that is free from discrimination and harassment (physical, mental: emotional and psychological, verbal, financial or sexual) and free from retaliation.

The ASBDI will not discriminate in administering program activities based on race, creed, color, religion, gender, national or ethnic origin, age, marital status, social standing or class, degree of education or wealth, sexual orientation, disability, political ideals or philosophies, or affiliations with non-combatant organizations.

Confidentiality.

The confidentiality of all parties who feel they have encountered discrimination or harassment will be respected to the extent possible during any review process.

Schools.

The schools of the ASBDI admits students of any race, creed, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the schools.  It does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarships and loan programs, and extracurricular and other school-administered programs.
